Directions

Coming from Munich Airport (Flughafen)

At Munich Airport (Flughafen) take 'S-Bahn' line S1 or S8 (look for green "S" signs) to station "Marienplatz". At "Marienplatz" change to 'U-Bahn' line U3 (blue "U" signs) in direction "Fürstenried West" and go to station "Aidenbachstrasse". Get off at "Aidenbachstrasse" and leave the station via exit "Aidenbachstraße / Westseite". Work down (south) towards the crossing "Gmunder Straße", turn right to enter "Gmunder Straße" and walk down the street all the way to the end (approx. 100m). There you will find TARA Systems' office in the "Campo Sentilo" building. (Travelling time approx. 1 hour)

Fare: Buy a blue 'Streifenkarte Erwachsene' for approx. 12,00 € (as of November 2011) at one of the blue-coloured ticket machines and stamp 8 stripes to validate the ticket. For stamping, use the small blue boxes before going down the escalator to the underground platform.

Coming via train from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)

At Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) take any of the 'S-Bahn' lines S1 - S8 (look for green "S" signs) in direction "Ost-Bahnhof" to station "Marienplatz". At "Marienplatz" change to 'U-Bahn' line U3 (blue "U" signs) in direction "Fürstenried West" and go to station "Aidenbachstrasse". Get off at "Aidenbachstrasse" and leave the station via exit "Aidenbachstraße / Westseite". Work down (south) towards the crossing "Gmunder Straße", turn right to enter "Gmunder Straße" and walk down the street all the way to the end (approx. 100m). There you will find TARA Systems' office in the "Campo Sentilo" building. (Travelling time approx. 15 - 20 minutes)

Hotel Information

If you need assistance with hotel information and reservation, please don´t hesitate to contact TARA Systems.

TARA recommends the hotels "Ambiance Rivoli" (4 star) and "Rivoli" (3 star). Both are located very close to the underground station "Harras" (U6). Traveling time to TARA Systems is usually less than 15 minutes with public transport or around 10 minutes with car/taxi. To get to TARA Systems with public transport, please use the following description:

• Take the subway U6 (blue) direction ‘Marienplatz'/'Garching-Hochbrück’
• Get off after 1 stop at ’Implerstrasse’
• Walk upstairs and downstairs at the opposite platform to get to U3 (orange) direction 'Fürstenried West'
• Get off after 4 stops at ’Aidenbachstraße’
• Exit ‘Aidenbachstr.’  walk upstairs and leave the station via exit 'Aidenbachstr. (Westseite)'
• Go 50m, turn right into Gmunder Str. and in 100m you will see Campo-Sentilo-House (Gmunder Str. 53).

Furthermore, we recommend the new Achat Hotel, which is located in walking distance to TARA Systems (10 minutes) or one stop by subway (U3 - Machtlfinger Straße, direction "Muenchner Freiheit").
