Quickline Honored for High Customer Satisfaction in Swiss Consumer Survey

We are proud to share that our valued customer Quickline has been honored for their outstanding customer satisfaction in the TV segment of the prestigious Swiss Industry Monitor 2025, within the category Communication, Media & Entertainment.
The Swiss Industry Monitor, conducted by the Swiss Institute for Quality Tests (SIQT), is one of the country’s most comprehensive studies on buyer gratification. This year, over 318,000 customer ratings across 1,905 companies and 165 industries were evaluated.
In the category TV Providers, Quickline achieved a customer satisfaction score of 7.44 out of 10, sharing the highest score in this segment. This result highlights Quickline’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality TV services and excellent user experiences to its Swiss customers.
As a trusted software partner for Quickline’s UHD Android TV Set-Top Box, we are delighted to see its performance once again recognized at a national level. This follows the outstanding results celebrated earlier this year, including Quickline’s success in the “SIQT App Award 2025”, the Moneyland.ch satisfaction survey, and the PCtipp “Best All-in-One Provider” award.
